SUITE
 The Marsham Arms
Free House & Inn Conference Suite is the ideal venue for your next
conference, meeting or seminar.
The Inn is set in the heart of the Norfolk Countryside and
provides a tranquil rural setting for people who need to meet, eat or
relax.
The
Conference Suite consists of two large meeting rooms that adjoin the Marsham
Arms Free House & Inn. It is fully equipped with comfortable furniture
that can be arranged to meet your needs and is provided with flip chart,
overhead projector and screen.
Your
conference booking is monitored by a member of our staff from initial
contact to final farewell. A staff member will be available at all times
during your conference session and will be pleased to provide information
and ensure that coffee/ tea and meal breaks are provided at the appropriate
times.

tariffs are included below. We a happy to provide further guidance on any
of the services we offer and discuss packages to meet your individual

Delegacy
Rates:
our conference rooms are available for conferences at the following
delegate rates (rates are for a single delegate):
Half
day rate, either morning or afternoon: £9.00 per delegate
This includes two coffee/tea breaks, one on arrival and another at a break
in the conference session. Times for half day use are negotiable, but as a
guide, morning sessions normally run from 9.00 am to 12.30 pm and afternoon
sessions from 1.30 pm to 5.00 pm
Full
day rate £17 per delegate
This includes three coffee/tea breaks, one on arrival, others at breaks in
the conference sessions and lunch from our Conference Menu. Times for full
day use are negotiable, but as a guide, they normally run from 9.00 am to
5.00 pm.
Early
Evening (Twilight - from 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm) Twilight Sessions for
up to 12 people £40 room charge. Twilight Sessions for 13 to 40
people £50 room charge. This includes coffee/tea on arrival.
sandwiches, buffet items, cakes etc. are available at an additional charge
per delegate.
Residential
rate
per day single occupancy £68.50, shared occupancy £58.50
This includes three coffee/tea breaks per day, one on arrival, others at
breaks in the conference sessions, lunch and dinner from our Conference
Menus and either continental or full English breakfast..
Additional Items Should you wish for extra equipment, meals or
accommodation for half day or full day conferences, charges are as follows:
Full
English Breakfast £7.50; Continental Breakfast £4.95; Single Bed &
Breakfast £59.50 – first night; Shared Bed & Breakfast £47.50; Lunch
£9.50; Dinner £13.95.
Our
Conference Rooms are equipped with flip chart, overhead projector and
screen. Should you require any other items we shall be pleased to quote our
hire rates. Telephone and photocopying services are available. The
Conference Rooms are also available for functions during the day and in the
evening - please ask for our current function brochure.
